“All of us experience stress, and a little is not a problem. But when stress becomes chronic or when we don’t have the tools to manage it effectively, it can affect our health, impair performance and decision making, and impact our relationships. Symptoms of chronic stress can include headaches, high blood pressure, insomnia, and feeling exhausted and overwhelmed.  Often, people have no idea how much their stress has been affecting their lives until they experience life with less of it.”

We are happy to have Judy here as part of the AFP Family.  If you would like to learn more about the HeartMath coaching through our Functional Medicine Suite, contact the front desk at (413) 549-8400 or by email at office@doctorkate.net.
