April 28, 2021 –
Finding Your Best Self is a group-based, present-focused therapy to help people attain safety from co-occurring trauma and substance abuse. Cognitive behavioral techniques will be used to learn how to become safer and wiser in relationships, thinking, and actions. Total of 20 sessions (additional days/times may be added). Space is limited. Led by Dana Parrot, LICSW & Katelyn Dutkiewicz, PA-C.
