Finding Your Best Self

Finding Your Best Self is a group-based, present-focused therapy for patients who want support in coping with emotional trauma symptoms and/or addictions. This includes but not limited to alcohol, food, sleeping aids, and pain meds. Cognitive behavioral techniques will be used to learn how to become safer and wiser in relationships, thinking, and actions. Space is limited.
Total of 24 sessions. Additional days & times may be added. Led by Dana Parrot, LICSW. This group is based on the Seeking Safety treatment manual by Lisa Najavitis, PhD.
