Intermittent fasting is one of the best therapies to reduce inflammation and to help your cells respond to insulin. In this class you learn how to practice Intermittent fasting to improve your metabolic health.
The class will meet weekly for four weeks. We’ll cover a range of issues from setting limits, the toddler's mindset, social and emotional growth, anxiety, toileting/sleep/nutrition, sibling relationships, and more. This class will be a time to get your questions answered while understanding what your toddler needs emotionally. Led by Evan Shopper, LICSW, who has spent years teaching parenting classes to parents of young children, and Miranda Tsoumas, PA-C.
