Revamping the Foundation for a Vibrant You!!
This class runs for 6 weeks (1/14 through 2/18) in the Amherst office.
Weekly topics include: Intro to Lifestyle Medicine; Food as Medicine-Nutrition Basics; Mindful/Emotional Eating; Physical Activity and more! In addition to a discussion the class will exercise and end with a five-minute meditation.
