Biography
Brianna DiFronzo (she/her), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, originally hails from West Springfield. She obtained a degree in Psychology from Salem State University. With a background working in clinical research and as an Adjunct Professor, Brianna went on to receive her Nurse Practitioner degree at Yale University Graduate School of Nursing. Brianna was drawn to AFP’s integrative and holistic approach to patient care and is excited to be working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment that empowers patients to achieve their mental health goals. In her free time, Brianna, her fiancé, and their dog, Remi, enjoy spending time outdoors or with friends and family.
