-
A holistic nutritionist assesses your dietary habits, lifestyle, and health goals to create a customized nutrition plan. They work with you to address various health issues, educate you about food choices, and promote a balanced approach to eating. Whether you have specific dietary restrictions or general wellness goals, a nutritionist can support your health journey.
-
Absolutely! A weight loss nutritionist specializes in developing effective weight management strategies tailored to your individual needs. By providing insightful guidance and support, they can help you establish healthier habits, achieve your weight loss goals, and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
-
Holistic nutrition focuses on the relationship between food, health, and overall well-being. Rather than just counting calories or restricting certain food groups, it considers the whole person, including physical health, emotional well-being, and lifestyle factors. This approach aligns with our philosophy at Atkinson Family Practice, where we value a whole-family approach to health.

When you meet with a nutritionist, consider asking the following questions to make the most of your session:
How can my current diet impact my specific health conditions?
What changes can I make to improve my energy levels and overall well-being?
What foods should I prioritize or avoid to support my health goals?
How can I incorporate mindful eating practices into my daily routine?
What strategies can you recommend for dealing with cravings or emotional eating?
